Check out Zattoo.ch

There is a free service with ads or a small fee for no ads and the ability to record your favourite programs. You then have 30 days to watch them.

They have bbc 1-4, channel 4 and all the itv channels.

Subscribe to MyPrivateNetwork, for 5 pounds a month, and they will provide you with a UK IP address; thus enabling you to watch all mainstream UK TV.

Hi Lilyloo

If you need a fix of Coronation St, it can almost always be found on you tube. Easy, no registering, free; you might have to put up with watching an episode in instalments, but anything's better than soap cold turkey.....

Hmmm, this is why I asked them.

I noticed with Cablecom it is not consistent in asking you whether you want to series record when selecting record on something that is evidently a series.

My friend said the same to me, that he cant do it anymore.

But you can go into the TV guide menu and do it from there as opposed to accepting the prompt is sporadically gives, I am sure. I will report back tonight when I have checked.
