Swisscom TV delivers

Just changed from a local cable TV supplier to Swisscom, and I have to say I'm well impressed, on several fronts:

1. Ordering - helpful, knowledgable call-centre, even auto-figured that as I was calling from a French number I'd want a French-speaking operator (although she also spoke perfectly good english). Oh, and this was at the weekend too.

2. Follow-up - SMS message to confirm order, another one to inform of despatch.

3. Delivery - Stuff arrived Thursday (or maybe at the PO Wednesday, collected Thurs).

4. The kit.
4a. No extra charge for the equipment - covered in the rental fee. Including a wireless sender & receiver as well as the tuner box itself. And just about every cable you could possibly need, most of which I didn't.
4b. It just works.
4c. Capabilities. Wow. I won't list them, but I'm well impressed.

P.S. Anyone need any spare cables, 5m ethernet, scart, HDMI, phono... ?

No, although the nice lady took pains to go through the various options available, but the combination of phone_internet_TV ("TV plus") worked out cheaper than the all-in-one package, given that I have the lowest possible internet 'speed' (in theory, although in fact it's perfectly fast enough) and that we almost never actually use the phone to make calls, so the 'free in CH' calls don't really offer much.
