Changing Internet Provider

I have been told by my company that I must change my Internet Provider. The reasons are cost and bandwidth. My company has a special deal with Bluewin whereby they will invoice my company directly and provide a more superior service (double up and down speeds).
Currently I live in a village where everyone uses the local Genossenschaftsverband - Yetnet. Never had real problems with these guys - they have been technically competant and more than friendly whenever I needed new IP addresses, service issues etc. They also spoke English.
My Cable Tv and extra BBC channels also comes from Yetnet.
I was looking for help in a German letter to Yetnet explaining that I need to cancel, but that it is nothing to do with their product. If I leave my company (which is possible), then I will probably have to go back to Yetnet. If anyone has a similar letter then I can add a few sentences with the help of altavista.
Not been lazy, but I do not want to become Genossenschaft-less. I think this is like a co-operative. Any advice appreciated.

Re: Changing Internet Provider

Hi there, just thought it might be useful. I have found a cancel Letter in German at this site:
http://www.we-u.com/?p=98

It gives some useful advice on Digital phone cancels and how to go about getting a new Provider. By the way you can use comparis.ch to get the best Prices. I do not have many outages with Bluewin, but it has to be said that Cablecom/cable is the easiest to setup, just plug ethernet in your PC. Beware it has no firewall though like most DSL modems.
