Hi everyone,

I'm looking for 15m or longer fiber cable for my new swisscom internet box. I know swisscom sells a 10m cable below, but its not enough.

Does anyone know what type of fiber this cable is? Or where i can buy a 3rd party one that would work?

I wish it were that simple

Since I really didn't explain earlier why i needed this, i'll explain now.

The morons that installed the cabling system in this new building actually put the fiber socket in the wash room electrical/com closet which is quite far from my living room. There is no way i can install the internet box in the wall closet, there is no room, way too small. However they did install this fancy BKS cabling system in each room that runs to this com closet in the wash room where you can connect copper ethernet to each room, but you need to buy special cables for that, and a mini fiber switch to put in the closet. So what i would like to do is run the cable from fiber socket in the wash room through the pipe that comes out in the living room wall socket, but i need a longer fiber of course.

If you are interested in this BKS system, you can see it here, which is only good if you install some basic fiber switch in the closet.

Swisscom IT in Bern always uses Scherler for their installation work. If they don't have this cable they would surely know who sells it,
