web hosting recommendations

We are looking for a different web hosting solution (currently with Netstream - www.netstream.ch). Anyone have some good recommendations? Our general needs are basic - reliability is important, as is a decent level of support, and good user interface software...German is ok!

A shit this hurts...

I must admit having 4 domains with Mark it is gone down unscheduled 3 times in the last three years and on a few occassions where there have been problems Mark has resolved them late at night and on weekends
- mail file corruptions, strange results after an upgrade, me being stupid - though that one was somewhat harder.

So if you are wanting an independent reference I will give it...

I host all my websites at www.domaindiscount24.net. You can have them all bundled up as one so that you don't have to buy separate bandwidth for each site and since my use is not huge I pay 1 euro per month billed in 6 month increments. When my bandwidth does surpass my alloted quota, I get charged an additional 1 euro. Check them out directly for more info. I've been with them for 5 years now and never had any problems. Ah, yes, they are German based.

The only issue we have is that support is via a ticketing system whereas telephone support would be better. maybe.

Try www.diltech.in . They even give website which is online editable and with media sharing, email etc.
