Billag deregistration letter - german translation help

Hello,

I could really use some help in translating this to German as I need to send a letter to Billag for them to deregister me.

Dear Madam/Sir

Please be notified that I no longer have a television or radio.

Also please note that I do not have an account (including a free one) with an internet television (IP-TV) provider on any computer, tablet or mobile phone devices.

Therefore please deregister me from all associated network fees effective immediately.

With kind regards

Really? They are not stupid? Could have fooled me.

We`ve had a 2 year long problem with them that just never gets resolved.
Registered letters get no reply. Nothing changes.
We even got a retired professor (relative) who was in the Regierungsrat to write in his high-fluting German and detail complaint .....registered post ... no reply. Just same old same old.

No use trying to phone them - one can sit on hold for hours and then finally get a brainless lunk who promises the earth .... and delivers nothing.

Try English...... High-fluting German may not be helpful that helpful to a lowly paid clerk in Friburg.

Re: Billag deregistration letter - german translation help

I write to all businesses, where I am their customer, in English now. I used to spend hours translating emails and letters into German, now I've figured if they want my business, then they'll accept my English correspondence!

Thought this link might help as a follow-up:
https://www.billag.ch/private/deregister

We have not tried to deregister via this site yet, but I will post again here if we have any difficulties in that process.
