New DSL line: access to telephone box

I just moved to Zurich last weekend I'm trying to get internet at home.

Unfortunately I can't get a "predecessor number" from my landlord, so Sunrise has to send an electrician (for extra 150chf) to do something in the telephone box of the building. I guess this box is the one marked with t+t that I can find in the ground floor. Is it correct?

However this box is closed. Does this electrician have a special key to open it or should I ask someone (landlord?) the key?
