Recommendation - Dual monitor computer

I am looking for a cheap desktop/laptop/mini computer that I can plug in 2 monitors in the price range of 200-300chf. They would be on most of the day just to stream some videos online, nothing more, so just minimum storage, ram and speed required.
Thanks

Would you need to connect two additional monitors even if it's a laptop, so in that case you'd have three screens in total?

Most laptops have HDMI output while still having the older VGA connector as well, but honestly I'v never tried to use both of them in parallel.

Yes, I need 2 external monitors.
You are right about the laptops, but those with hdmi are out of my price range. Im looking into those mini pcs but they seem to have limited choices in the swiss market.

You sure about that? My CHF 600 HP has one; I thought most had these days. I've seen them on at least some Chromebooks as well.

In that price range you should only be considering second hand/used equipment.

Re: Recommendation - Dual monitor computer

depends on your software. if you just need to stream from a browser, you can get a new chromebox for around $250 with hdmi/dp out.
