Swisscom Cloud Storage

In addition to Docsafe, Swiscom is now offering a new Swiss based cloud service called MyCloud. However, its in the testing phase and a little tricky.

Here is more info on it: https://www.swisscom.ch/en/about/med...e-Dateien.html

To use it I had to download the desktop: https://desktop.mycloud.ch/
Then start the program. Then register. If you already have a bluewin login then the password may have to be adapted to the new restrictions.

It appears that this storage is unlimited and free. But for how long is anybodies guess.

As with anything else, they are not going with a clear goal in mind. I tried to use the dev-tools to backup my Synology off-site but it didn't really play as "unlimited", so I dropped it. Reaching out to the innovation people didn't bring anything, so I'm out
