Microsoft support

Hi,

My computer is stuck in some type of repair loop, unable start it

Would anyone know where I could seek some help/support in the Bülach/Zürich region?

Or any experts willing to help me out?

Much appreciated! Thx!

Greg

Re: Microsoft support

Not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but have you tried a simple hard shutdown? Worked for me with a similar problem before.

Re: Microsoft support

I've got out of most of those by googling and following the suggestions. Though to get the anniversary edition in, I eventually had to go for a fresh install. (Tip, install your other software on a separate drive from the OS. You still have to re-install the software if you do a fresh OS install, but your settings remains).
