SKY TV or SKYGO

I just got Express VPN to try out for a month and am looking at a SKY subscription that I can use to view the upcoming EPL season and other SKY programs from here in Switzerland. Idea is that if this works then I can forgo the current Sunrise TV connection that I have got. Question is to our fellow UK friends, is there anyone who have been seeing SKY here in Switzerland and can you help me how to view the SKY channels as I feel it contains every other channel fit for the entire family

Re: SKY TV or SKYGO

TBH, I had used a Sky connection to view the football and the cost just got stupid.

Besides which I only wanted to follow my team and the programming on Sky One was average at best.

We find far better programming on the Beeb, and I watch a fair bit via ABC iVew.

Out of curiousity, why not take a Swisscom subscription (z.B) - we have got the channel sequence as per Freeview and the video is stacked with stuff.......

Hi,

why not just get a Now Tv subscription and then you can decide when or if you want to watch sports.

I wish I could just pay for the F1 coverage. I have zero interest in football.

Have fun
Martin

Ramaseet - I used to watch football this way. It's tedious and pretty crap.

I would recommend signing up to a new service called DAZN (Google it)

It's only 12 Fr/month and shows all PL games, plus some other sports like Cricket, NFL etc.

You don't need a box of anything, it's an app which can be on your smart TV (like Netflix, Youtube), and any Smartphone or Laptop.

Commentery is german, but quality is HD. Can't complain!

Forgot to mention - the monthly fee is not a subscription and can be stopped at any time. You just type in a credit/debit card number and you're off.

Re: SKY TV or SKYGO

This DAZN looks like the best package for sports out there, but i need cricket and don't see it being available. Can you confirm that cricket is available please? For example are the England vs SA on and the current Natwest T20 on?

Thanks

Re: SKY TV or SKYGO

I think it's selected tournaments, for example the ICC Trophy in England this Summer was included.

Never knew cricket was your main concern (thought it was PL football)...I would go with getting a full sky installation into your home. Sky Go spoils the fun, hard to enjoy cricket if not in HD and on a big screen.
