Re: How to know if there is glass fiber reaching the apartment?
Okay, so I signed with Iway more than a week ago, but they are very slow at responding. Once registered online and ordered service, I received an email from them saying that they find fiber connection reaching the property and they request OTO-ID. However I am unable to find the box with the OTO-ID (I still don't live in the apartment, but we checked together with the current tenant). The only box we could find is the one in the living room reaching the router and it has no OTO-ID on it. I responded the same to them. Even I sent them a picture. And after one week of waiting, they ask me again the same question, although I called them twice in the meantime asking for status, which they were unable to provide over the phone as the guy just kept saying, you will receive an email.
Is there something I am missing? My understanding is that the box with the OTO-ID should be in the apartment, not outside in the hallway, or the basement.
