| | TWINT account blocked
My TWINT account got blocked after I rooted my phone.
I've since flashed the stock ROM and locked the bootloader, but I'm still blocked.
Does anyone know how to get out of this? |

Umm, unroot your phone so it is back at stock unmodified settings?

It's not that TWINT got blocked, but rather your using TWINT on that phone while it's rooted.
The solution is obvious: Use an unrooted phone, be that this or a different one.

But anyway, back to topic? |

It could be that is a factory reset did not work, the ROM BIOS has logged that you have rooted the phone (a flash counter), Samsung example here https://www.androidpit.com/reset-flash-counter-to-zero | This user would like to thank Chuff for this useful post: | |

Also the play store shows the device as "Certified".
