Best Router for FTTH / Optics OTO Box

Hi all,

Iíve been looking through englishforum for recommendations on routers if you have an OTO Fiber Optics Box insalled in your apartment.

I noticed someone recommended Ubiquiti Edge Router, but it appears to not have any fiber optic connectors - only Ethernet LAN ports.

If anyone could please help me find a good router that works with these OTO boxes - that would be much appreciated.

The ISP is suggesting a FritzBox 5490 which does have the optics connector, but is a bit pricey and I didnít really need WIFI included - LAN only would be better.

I have seen one at digitec, but canít tell about quality or experience anyone had with that?

Thank a lot !!!

Ubiquiti appears to sell this one with optics through SFP, but since Iím still new to this, it looks like I would still need some kind of adapter?

i made my contract with 1 a speed, got the first 3 months for free and a Fritzbox 7490 for 99sfr.
The modem came from Octomega and was free as well the installation.
