Sunrise Internet and mobile
Hi,
I've been looking for a reasonably priced combination of internet and mobile plan. Nothing fancy, just a usual 40-50 Mbit/s and at least 3 gigabytes of 4G data for my phone. Not counting the very popular Salt Fiber, I discovered that Sunrise might have the best offer - Young unlimited is right now for 35 CHF for the first year and 50 MBit/s connection is for 50 CHF with a free TV for the first year. Curiously enough, for both services the minimal contract duration is 12 months. It looks like a very sweet deal when compared to Swisscom. At the same time, Salt offers a good deal on fiber and mobile plan (half the price until 13.09) but I don't care about 10 Gbit/s and multiple posts on very long activation times are discouraging.
My question is: are there any catches in those deals? I guess I can always get screwed by a corporation but it seems that I checked all obvious issues - monthly payment, minimal contract duration and the length of monthly discount, activation fees. However, both Sunrise and Salt offers seem to be to good to be true.
Thanks,
yarpen
