SBB half fare from Sunrise

My daughter has freedom young from Sunrise. I activated for her SBB half fare option which supposed to be 7.70ch per month, but In telephone contracts details showing full price 15.40ch pm. Anyone has any idea why???
How does she use it now? It says is active from 01.03. , she wants to travel tomorrow so she just buys half price ticket? But how can she proof that she can use half fare ? Please, does anyone know how this works?

Re: SBB half fare from Sunrise

You get a voucher by post in 1-2 days. Go to any SBB counter and order a half-fare card paid by the voucher. No way to use it tomorrow.
