Swisscom Dual Sim/eSim

Does anyone have a similar setup to the following :
iPhone XS/XR
Physical Sim - Swisscom Abo
Second Sim - Swisscom Prepay (i.e. a different number using eSim which should receive calls at minimum)
Apple Watch - eSim

I spoke to a rep. in the Swisscom shop yesterday and he said that this would be covered by an Abo. and the Swisscom Connect package for an extra CHF20 per month but I think their website has some contradictory information.

Is there anyone with experience of setting this up?

I guess i have similar.. I have an iPhone XS Max, physical SIM.. Apple watch with eSIM on the same abo / number..

I also have a second physical SIM with a different number which is in my kid's iPhone on Swisscom kids abo.. This abo costs 9.90 per month and is linked to my main abo.

I think you do need some kind of extra abo for that second physical sim.

Re: Swisscom Dual Sim/eSim

That is close but it is the specific case of having the Dual Sims on the one iPhone that is of interest. The Watch would be tied to the main number as you describe.

Re: Swisscom Dual Sim/eSim

I have an iPhone Xr on a KMU inOne Mobile S contract from work that I switched to eSIM so I could insert the physical SIM of our on-call phone (which is a Pixel 3 with an enormous bumper) into my own phone. This relieves me from carrying two oversized phones where one is even bigger than the other.

The on-call phone is also on a Swisscom contract of some sort.

The eSIM should be cheaper, though.
As per here it say only 5 CHF/month:

Re: Swisscom Dual Sim/eSim

In the end, I changed my Salt Abo to the cheapest one and set that to be the primary number on the physical SIM which is used for voice calls, iMessage etc.
For the eSim, I moved an old prepay number to Swisscom to qualify for their special offer of half price for inMobile Go and the watch is linked to that Abo. (The offer runs until the end of May.)
What I wasn't clear on beforehand was that the Sims are independent so as long as the iPhone is unlocked, the physical Sim can be from wherever you like.
This feels like a game changer as transferring numbers between providers can be a gamble and I've never wanted to give up the number I've had for a number of years.
Now there is the flexibility to run the primary number on a cheap deal while shopping around for the best offer for data on the other sim.
