Hi, we’re moving to Reinach, Basel, in early May and our landlord has told us the only tv/internet supplier to the apartment is InterGGA...
Does anyone have any experience with them? How do they fare vs. Swisscom, as I was hoping to get them? What’s the interface like ie is it easy to navigate and user friendly?
Thanks in advance

Hard to believe that there is only a TV cable but no phone landline.

Apologies, I’m sure the full package is available to include phone line, I just doubt we’ll add it.
However, anything to add?

I talk about the physical connections/sockets in the apartment - not the phone service.

Thanks in advance | | | | | InterGGA is now Quickline. I believe there was a consolidation of the internet/phone/tv providers in the BL area a few years ago and most consolidated under Quickline. That said, we've been with InterGGA and then Quickline ever since we moved to our current place (2010) and haven't had a single complaint. We use them for internet and TV package (no landline). Internet is fiber to premise, TV is including the usual Swiss channels and a bunch of UK ones (BBC, Itv, film4, E4, etc)

Thank you.
We currently have Sky Q in the Uk and whilst I don’t expect it to be similar in layout, I presume it’s still intuitive enough for the family to navigate and find what they’re after?
One thing I didn’t see was UHD services, is that correct?

re 4k, no, it's not like your Sky Q where you'd have at least some content in 4k. For this you're really better off with Netflix and Youtube

Can I ask which tuner card you’re using and what s/w you’re using on the server? I’m hoping to be able to use Tvheadend.
Also, re the internet from Quickline - are you tied to using their supplied router?
Thanks in advance,
Jon.
