I bought a camera Mi Home Security Camera 360.

I think it was around 30

NB: it's not an IP cam.

would say it's an IP camera... it has Wi-Fi, can provide constant motion detection in real-time and can also write recordings directly to a NAS. It must therefore have an I.P address to communicate with the router.

some how you are right, but it's not accessible directly , I think the only way to access it is the app.

for me an IP camera can just be accessed through a web page and the IP.

Now I think we are a bit of topic

Definitely not normal - WA messages usually go through in seconds.

Are the delays for only one of you sending, or both ?

Have you tried comparing the send/receive timestamps on the messages ?
