Are prices in ISP the same as they announced?

Is the price of internet/tv/telephone the same as they announced? I have the experience that normally you have to pay 20-30chf per month on the monthly bill. Do you still get the same?

Do you mean the price of the cable connection?
That's only for providers like UPC. I don't pay anything additional for glass fibre.

I have to pay 20-30chf every month more than the announced price when I have subscribed. But I am talking about mobile phone plan. So, I think this will happen also when I subscribe a plan for the Internet.

Xeon, go away. It's becoming obvious you're a troll given the number of petty or silly threads you have started recently.

Can you read? Clearly your mobile plan isn't a fixed price, everything included one, so you're paying for calls, texts or whatever that are not covered by the plan. If you get a fixed phone line as part of the internet package then you simply need to read the contract and see whether calls are also covered. Last time I had a fixed number in CH they were not included, whereas at our house in in France all calls have been IP based for years so we don't pay anything at all for calls, even international ones, just the fixed internet price.
