Expeirences with Wingo

Hi All,

Does anybody have recent experience with Wingo? I found a few posts on the forum but they are all quite old.

I ask because Wingo currently has an amazing offer (unlimited internet and telephone in Switzerland + 2GB in the EU for the first 2 years): https://www.wingo.ch/de/mobile/fair-...f-hx2N4lo3ZYGA

I'm moving into my own apartment, and was therefore considering whether to use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop and PS4.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Ah, I see, an other one of those ....

However, I'm with wingo for several years now and I have no complaints.

A friend of mine gave up all house installations (phone, internet, radio, tv - you name it, he gave it up) and uses his wingo as hotspot. That means his expenses are Fr. 55.00 per month for everything, as wingo starts at Fr. 25.00, then goes up with usage to the max. of Fr. 55.00 from where it's unlimited.
So yes, go for it as they give you this 2-year offer to start.

My friend never has any connectivity problems either although where he lives the deer come to say good night and the hedgehog and the fox come for dinner. (That is no joke, that's what's happening at his place daily, LOL!!)
Wingo is a daughter of Swisscom. Connectivity can't get better than that in Switzerland - apart from fibre maybe.

That's fantastic information, Curley, thank-you! I'll go for it, in that case.

Re: Expeirences with Wingo

Been using Wingo for a couple of years, after disasters with MBudget, Yallo and Sunrise.

So far no issues although I do struggle to understand their packages. Iím never certain what is included and what is not.

Re: Expeirences with Wingo

I bought a wingo swiss subscription from mobilezone.ch, there is a offer wingo swiss 24 chf instead of 58 chf. So I think it is a great offer. Today I activate the Simcard and the connection is 3g and signal is only one bar. I donít understand the cause, I live in near Winterthur, my phone iphone7. I donít understand the cause
