Salt prepaid problem
 

I'm on a Salt prepaid plan that was carried over from Coopmobile. These last few days my data hasn't worked and now when I go to the 'costcontrol' site on my phone it says this service isn't available to prepaid customers. If I go to the website there's no service outage listed and I there cannot check my data balance or see anything to do with data at all. I can find absolutely no record of my payments for data bundles.



Does anyone know if something is going on? Never had any problem before.
