Any experience with Microsoft support? Human support?
Kids got a new xbox for Christmas.. They already have iCloud email addresses so I setup MS Live accounts linked to iCloud addresses, setup family account, restrictions etc etc.. All went fine, MS emailed them account details, xbox accounts worked fine, for a day ..
One kids account went to locked state "due to abuse" .. I unlocked it, next day locked again, and again.. Now I can't unlock it or even use the account recovery form.. According to the virtual assistant I can create a new account.. But I don't want to setup a new email address for an 8 year old.
Obviously there was no abuse at this end, they were simply playing the xbox.
