At ~100CHF the best you can get new from a Swiss shop would be something like
Xiaomi Redmi 9A.
If you don't want a used device, then do not read further.
Or you can get a used OnePlus 3, Huawei Mate 10 or an iPhone 6s (maybe a 7, if you'll be lucky with an auction) - much nicer phones in every department, available recent firmware, but the condition may vary, especially the battery won't be as new. I still have my 5-years old OnePlus 3 with the latest LineageOS 18.1 (Android 11) running as a backup/secure phone smoothly. This model is old and may need a new battery, which costs <10 CHF, if you can do it yourself (it is really easy, just follow the ifixit guide), and some ridiculous money, if ask anyone to do it "professionally".
If we are talking below 200 CHF, then Apple secondary market doesn't have a lot of better offers. You can only get something like iPhone 8 in a poor condition for that money, and it is not really a future proof device. But in the same time, you can get a used Xiaomi Mix 2s/3 or OnePlus 6/7, which are at least on par with the iPhone X on a hardware level. The Android 10/11 updates are not just available from the manufacturer, but is also supported by several independent/community OS developers (Lineage OS, AOSP and others), what gives you easily 5-10 years of upgrades.
