How to stream olympics on smart tv?

I don't have a cable box and don't want to watch it on my phone. I've googled it and suggestions such as Hulu, iplayer etc are not available in Switzerland

Re: How to stream olympics on smart tv?

We are watching the BBC coverage on our SmartTV through Zattoo, which is Swiss. We have a paid Zattoo subscription, but I think a free account should be fine for your purposes.

Re: How to stream olympics on smart tv?

If you can get it on the phone but not the TV, you might be able to "screen mirror" from your phone. Alternatively if you have an open UPC wall socket you can connect it directly to the TV. I do that and have a satellite dish and pay nothing for free-to-air Swiss/German and UK channels.

Re: How to stream olympics on smart tv?

Your channel of choice (via Zattoo, SwisscomTV or whatever) and a Chromecast - the latter is about CHF 40. Apple TV obviously also possible but more expensive

Re: How to stream olympics on smart tv?

The whole of the Olympics is watchable via Discovery+ who have the European rights and certain live rights are then sold onto the likes of the BBC who have a much reduced offering this time. You can use this on a PC and then used an HDMI output to your TV.

https://promo.discoveryplus.co.uk/pr...f-the-olympics

Not sure if its geoblocked or not.
