Our small village finally got fiber internet (XGS-PON) and I really really want to leave UPC. Our minimum contract period with UPC has already expired.

I got into hype train of init7 as a really good option. They are quite clear and speak a language I understand. Besides marketing... I cannot find any other reason to go with them.

At the end of the day, even with the 777 CHF/year price, they are more expensive than, let's say sunrise and they offer the same AFAIK: dynamic IPV4, IPV6 range, up to 10Gbit.

Is the init7 hype just hype?

They are great but pricey... I moved the apartment not long ago and had to terminate my Salt Fibre contract as my building has also XGS-PON and Salt and UPC do not support it.

I considered Init7 but ended up with Yallo Fibre. They support XGS-PON service is great so far and I pay 34 CHF/month. Ask them for an offer using their, they speak English and waived the installation fee
