I was hoping somebody could help me with this one as I have been struggling. Has somebody switched their cablecom home phone voice mail to English and how do you do it? I greatly appreciate any advice on this one. Thank you.

Call yourself (from your cell), leave a message. Pick up landline, wait for the message telling you there's a, er, message; listen to nice lady ask you which language you'd like to have in future (English - press 4) and hopefully this will set your, er, settings in English.

Take it from there.
