Who has used 10787 service for long distance calls - have you had any problems with them? incorrect billing, etc.? if yes is it possible to resolve it with them?

I never use the service.. but if you are finding other alternatives. may I suggest skype. you can call from your computer to any phone in the world and the price is competitive. no contract.. just buy the prepaid voucher. you also can sent sms to them.
and you also can see the detailed history of your calling too.

I used 10787 the whole of last year to call South Africa. Had no problems at all. Really cheap too!

I just signed up a week ago... perfect so far ... good connections, clear voice quality, and I certainly cannot complain about the cost ..!!

I am looking for a fixed operator, so that i don't have to deal with buying phone cards, and I need the billing to be done not through my main phone provider, but separately.

I used 10881.ch for my fixed line calls. Reliable and no problems ever.

i use 0840 933 933 to call north america and asia, it is pretty cheap and realiable

I usually just check www.helvatel.ch and dial the number for the rate I want. Charges are on normal bill though, not separated.

yes of course... the Cablecom line behaves like a regular phone in all respects

A month ago I signed up with the 10881 company.

I must dial 10881 then the required number, eg: 108810044208xxxyyyy etc. for London the call price is extremely cheap, 2 Rp or 2 centimes per minute to British landlines. The charges appear on your credit card statement.

Swiss calls are about 1 Rp / minute and to mobile numbers 31 Rp / minute. I find it easy to simply add 10881 in front of my stored numbers.
