I found this site that transmits radio commentary for most UK football games live (even some of the lower leagues) The commentaries come from local radio stations (commercial & BBC) and also sometimes from individual club web sites which means a few times I have had to listen to very biased commentary! They also show text up-dates on all other games at that time.

They don't always have all cup games available but I see tonight you can listen to the Newcastle v AZ Alkmaar game but not the Spurs or Rangers games.

click on the GO button next to your game and it will then tell you bottom left if they have it available. Not sure if it's entirely legal - or maybe they have just found a clever loophole.
