Satellite self-installation in rental apartment

I've managed to find a new apartment with a south facing balcony and will be attempting to install Sky myself but have a query about damaging the property with drilling if it's rented. How have others got round this?

I know I can get a free standing dish support for the balcony but how do you run the wires inside the house without drilling and is drilling an issue for the landlord if you fill the holes in at the end?

If you want free standing mount to put your dish on, drop me a PM as I have one that I will scrap at the next metal collection in my area.
