premium sms services

Hello,
somebody did a bad joke with my phone number and now i receive SMS-es from number 5430300, 4 times per day which charge me with 3CHF/per message.
My number is at Sunrise, is a prepaid one, and i cannot block this stuff.
Anyone has any idea?

Re: premium sms services

I suggest that you contact the Sunrise customer service.
They will be able to help you.

Also here is a link to their FAQ addressing sms spam

Re: premium sms services

Just received our Sunrise bills for our various phones and my 14 year old daughter has 13 SMS at 5 Francs each.

She's hazy on the details (!) but she says she wanted to do a quiz on facebook, and it asked her for her mobile number - which she foolishly did . Then she started receiving SMS's offering money off various things.

I just called Sunrise and they've blocked all premium SMS's for all our phones.

The company is DIMOCO Direct Mobile Communications GmbH, Mellingerstrasse 6,
CH-5400 Baden. 0800 567 067 hotline@bobmobile.de

(That address appears to be shared ).

I'll write to them and point out that as my daughter is not an adult, she can't legally sign a contract, therefore their charges are not legal, and include a payment slip for 65 Francs. No, I don't expect any response.

I'll also write a complaint to Sunrise, asking why they partner with companies whose activities are barely legal.

If there's anything else I should do (excluding dealing with my dear daughter), please let me know. ( I'm tempted with option 3 of my sig, so if you live nearby, you've been warned ).
