internet connection at new apartment

i move to temporary apartment for 1 month, but it doesn't have internet connection. MAYBE i will stay in this flat for long if we like it and if the owner agrees, for now we just take 1 month. the problem is there is no internet connection there.

what can i do to get one? do you know any cheap mobile internet offers, or maybe it's possible to connect ADSL quickly and if we move, move it with us? (or it doesn't make sense since it's only for 1 month?)

we move in couple of days, so i guess mobile internet is the only option - which company is the cheapest then? in germany i paid 10 euro for 1GB, prepaid, no obligations. anything like that here?

I don't think you have so cheap 3G connection with prepaid. They exists but it's day by day connection and it's like 5 CHF/day (illimited).

Re: internet connection at new apartment

When we moved into our apartment it took the local cable company a few hours to get the Internet connection up and running, so there might be hope.

Sunrise Natel Data Easy might be an option? 99 francs for the dongle + SIM with 40 francs credit on it. There's some maximum charge.

Oh and the dongle appears not to be simlocked and appears to have the firmware allowing 7.2Mbs.

I'm sure Orange and Sunrise do similar options - and they have daily maximums you will pay (certainly Swisscom does).
