I have been in an area where GGA Maur serves and now I am moving. So I need to look at Bluewin or Cablecom for my Tv, Internet and Telephone services.

I typically will call SWE, FIN and USA so the Cablecom global callers (25/mo + 0.06 Rappen per minute) would be the telephone package - I suspect that Swisscom has something similar.

The questions defining the two companies are:

1. Which has better quality of service for Internet
2. Which has better quality of offerings for Digital TV and HDTV
3. Which has better customer support - that is did Cablecom ever fix the issues they had several years ago and do they offer free customer support now?
