I read on Wikipedia today that with the new beta released yesterday current users / testers can give out a much larger number of invites -- I dunno if this is true or not. I would appreciate an invite as well, if it's at all possible.

Spmull06 is correct now Joost change its policy for the invitations.Now Joost members are allowed to invite 999 person.

I didn't read that I need a bloody Intel in my Mac to use the program . I'm going to see if I can use the same invite to download it onto my wife's PC.

anyone have a joost review that they want to share.

i have it on my mac, and to be honest it didnt work very well. very unresponsive and i more or less just switched it off again.

It works smoothly on my Dell Inspiron 6000 with my Cablecom 4Mbit.

The only thing is dissapoiting me availabilty of channels cause it checks your IP subnet and show the channel list which is available for Switzerland.

I think you just need some patience with the channels. It's getting very populair and it will be a success, many and many more channels and known channels will be add later.

It works smooth for me too, also got 4mbit. However, I advise you to quit the program when you're not using it anymore, I think it slows your pc a bit down.
