Netgear Wnr 2000 And Voip [VOIP help needed]

I purchased a Netgear WNR 2000. The internet connection (lan & wifi), work good.
The problem is with a softphone (voip) in my pc. It's impossible make y receive calls.
Which parameters must I change on my router?

The firewall in the router is disabled.

anything in your configuration screens that says "SIP ALG" is on?
switch it off.

it's meant to make it easy for VoIP equipment to work thru firewalls, but in practice, its badly implemented and usually just makes matters worse.
