Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

The last bill I received was in January. I have paid every bill on time, I am receiving normal service on internet, tv and phone and yet nobody is charging me anything.

I have not asked to change to direct debit so why have they stopped sending the bill!

Of course I'm not complaining but I don't want to find myself having to pay couple of months of bills and then possible penalties in the end....or has the World just gone mad and CC is offering free service to everyone and I just missed a communication telling me of their generosity??

Should I just wait and see or contact them? Anybody has had same issue?

Thanks
A

Of course don't wait, contact them immediately otherwise you will get one huge bill. They did the same for my e-billing too... stopped it for no reason then I got one lump in the post. Very, very annoying and more than a little Mickey Mouse in my opinion.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

That happened to me last year. I noticed that all the reference numbers on the orange slips of the previous bills were the same, so I just continued paying each month using that reference number. I have now personally set up a monthly payment order via e-banking to pay them regardless wether they send the bill or not.

This so weird. I thought a company like this should be serious . So they expect everyone to follow the rules but they are not.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

No bills for me too for many months, but then again I have always paid in advance, and recently I got a bill with nothing to pay indicating the amount in credit they are holding for me. So they do tally it all - it is just that the bills for some unknown reason is not produced.

Same thing goes for my electricity provider EKZ. I got a bill only once thus far this year in Februry, and I overpaid ie in advance, and never got a bill or statement yet. In any event, I have electronic trails.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

We also did not get CC bills for about 4 months, asked them recently and then got a big one to make up.
Now set up e-bill on CS internet banking.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

They stopped sending me a letter with the bill, and only send it by email now.

Maybe you registered with them with an email you only use for spam etc. ?

Doc.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

Cablecom started charging me quarterly some time ago, they sent me a letter with the details before doing it, I don't remember specifically asking for it, I thought they just started doing it that way for everybody (It didn't bother me, so I never really chased it up).

They tend to wait until they have at least 100 francs to bill you.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

I went to their office behind HB and told them my problem. The guy gave me a registration of my comments and said to wait to receive a bill within the next week or so. When asked if I would be penalised for being late, he said as long as I show them the note it's fine.

That was almost a month ago and up till now I still have not received the bill but am not worried since I have the registered comment paper.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months. just received note today solving mystery!!

Mystery solved about Cablecom billing!

Cablecom sent me a note today stating that their billing systems have been malfunctioning, so that they have not sent me a bill for quite some time. In fact, I do not recall the last time I paid them or received a bill.

Cablecom is only charging me for the last 4 months of service, which I find quite reasonable on their part.

So, once again, I seem to be in the minority when I say that I think Cablecom's customer service is ok. My experience is actually very good!

Soo 'good on ya' Cablecom!

You can have mine - I moved to a new place, they couldn't provide a service, they cancelled the contract, and have sent me a bill every month since even though we send it back every month.

Re: Cablecom - No bills for 4 months.

I finally got a bill covering the period of the last 4 months. Fortunately, I've been paying in and am in credit, for now.
